Shipping Delays

We are still working under COVID-19 restrictions, our distribution team is working hard to ship all orders to you as quickly as possible. We're really grateful for your support and patience during this time.

Please be aware that orders may be subject to delays in the current climate.

Orders will be shipped (Monday – Friday),  we will aim to dispatch orders up to 2 working days days after the order is placed.

All orders placed will receive an email update once the order is dispatched and should be delivered within a further 7 days subject to courier delays. Please see courier information updates below:

UK Parcel Deliveries

  • At present all carrier partner parcel operations continue as normal.
  • All hubs and depots are working as normal and we have no closures impacting on any carrier site.

EU Deliveries

  • At present all carrier partner parcel operations continue as normal.
  • All hubs and depots are working as normal and we have no closures impacting on any carrier site.

Returns policy

From Monday 16th March 2020 our exchange and refund policy has been extended from 30 days to 45 days.
